RB's Racing

In the past, RB's Cyclery has been a sponsor of Memphis Racing Cyclists (MRC). In 2007 RB’s Racing riders were 1st and/or 2nd in several 12-24 hour races along with great results in several of the National Ultra Endurance Race series . RB's racing is contesting select Tennessee Bicycle Racing Association (TBRA), Arkansas Mountain Bike Championship Series and the Mississippi State Championship Series. In addition to cross country races RB's Racing can be found at many of the mountain bike endurance races. Endurance races are fairly new and range from 50 - 100 mile off road races to timed events ranging from 6 to 24 hours.  RB’s will be promoting the Ironbutt100 fun ride again this year. Members of RB's Racing originated the "12 Hours of Stank " in 1999, the "Legend of Stanky Creek" in 2001 and the "Ironbutt" in 1997. RB’s Members will be found having fun at various Duathlons, Ultra running races and playing on the local trails and roads.

Midsouth Endurance Series

In 2007 RB's brought back racing to the Memphis area in a big way. The inaugural Midsouth Endurance Series (MESS) starting with the 6 Hours of Herb, a month later moving to Stanky Creek with the 12 Hours of Stank and concluded with the Lakeland 250, the shortest and maybe the most difficult of all the races in the series. RB's Racing wants to Thank Rod Bickel for all the swag donated to the MESS and all the volunteers that helped set up the great courses and score the races

Unfortunately there will not be a 2008 Midsouth Endurance Series this year

RB's Racing sponsors the 7th annual Ironbutt

The 7th Ironbutt will once again be a 100 miler by popular demand. The Ironbutt came about one day when the after ride talk turned to all the different trails systems the immediate Memphis area is so lucky to have. Then it turned to "would it be possible to ride every trail in Memphis in one day?" As things progressed it was decided the to do it right we would need to ride to all the trails also. Thus the Ironbutt idea was hatched. Ride Stanky Creek, the Wolf River Trails, Tour de Wolf, Herb Parson's and Lakeland's Harvester Park Trails on historically the longest day of the year. Click on the IronButt link for last years report. The 2008 story is coming soon
